Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026. This page explains what Txtur collects and why, in plain language for workspace members and invitees.

Who we are

Txtur is a realtime collaboration product available at txtur.me (marketing) and app.txtur.me (application). Contact: [email protected].

Account information

When you use Txtur we store account details such as name, email, and authentication credentials needed to sign you in and enforce access controls (roles and scopes).

Messages, documents, and whiteboards

Content you create in chat, documents, and whiteboards is stored so your workspace can function. Chat history is persisted for delivery and later retrieval. Collaborative document and whiteboard state is stored so teammates can continue editing together.

Uploads and media

Images and similar attachments may be stored in object storage so they can be shown in chat or on whiteboards. Access is limited to authorized members of the relevant conversation or board.

Presence, notifications, and devices

We use connection and presence signals (for example WebSocket activity) to deliver realtime updates. If you enable push notifications, we store a browser push subscription for your device.

Cookies and local storage

The app may use browser storage for session tokens and preferences (such as assistant UI state). The marketing site uses minimal functional storage only.

Analytics, search, and advertising

We use Google Search Console to monitor how search engines crawl and index the public marketing site. The public marketing site (txtur.me) loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QNET2YK17P) to understand traffic and may load Google AdSense scripts to verify the site and show ads. These Google tags are not loaded on the authenticated app at app.txtur.me.
