Features of the Txtur workspace

Txtur is team collaboration software built around four realtime surfaces — messaging, calls, documents, and whiteboards — with role-based access for your clinic or care team.

Realtime chat

Secure team messaging with delivery and read receipts, quoted replies, image attachments, and optional push notifications when a teammate is offline. Conversations stay tied to your workspace membership so handoffs and questions stay inside the same place your team already works.

Chat is designed for day-to-day coordination: quick status updates, follow-ups after a call, and threads that can link into deeper shared writing when a note needs more than a message.

Video calls

Launch a video call when the thread needs a face-to-face discussion. Calls are part of the same signed-in experience as chat — no separate meeting app hunt for a link, and no need to recreate context in another tool before you talk.

Collaborative documents

Shared documents update in realtime with live cursors. Use them for notes, handoffs, agendas, and plans that multiple people need to edit together. Instead of mailing file versions around, the document stays current while people contribute.

Online whiteboards

Draw, annotate, and arrange ideas on a shared canvas. Whiteboards sync as people sketch, so planning sessions don’t end in screenshot chaos. They’re useful for flows, seating of ideas, and visual explanations that don’t fit cleanly in a chat bubble.

Access controls

Workspaces use roles and scopes so admins can decide who can message, create documents, edit whiteboards, or manage access. Invite-only onboarding keeps new accounts intentional and reduces surprise guests in a care-team environment.

How the pieces fit together

Most teams don’t need four unrelated products — they need one rhythm: message, talk, write, draw. Txtur keeps those surfaces in a single workspace so switching modes doesn’t mean switching accounts. See also our security overview and about page for trust and product context.
